Denise T. Cormier, Principal
Denise
Cormier has over 20 years of experience creating collaborative work
environments and coaching leaders to achieve excellence in their
work and personal lives. To the consulting group that bears her
name, she brings an intense and deeply personal commitment to nurturing
client relationships with service and integrity.
Dr. Cormier's expertise is in organizational
assessment and change, visioning and strategy development, leadership
coaching and team development, conflict resolution and change management.
She is a trained mediator and studied at the Harvard Law School's
Program on Negotiation.
A pioneer in the use of Future Search and
other participatory planning methods designed to create consensus
and collaboration among multiple stakeholders, Denise is an experienced
conference facilitator.
She is best known for her accelerated change
methodology called Fast Cycle Change and her unique coaching
process which links leadership and personality assessments to personalized
goals and outcomes. In addition, Denise is currently writing a book
on her proprietary personal strategic planning process and is a
preferred executive coach for Pfizer, Novartis and the Federal Reserve
Bank of New York.
Dr. Cormier has extensive professional experience
working within and as a consultant to organizations in the pharmaceutical,
publishing, healthcare, high technology, transit, manufacturing
and service industries. As the head of Cormier Associates, she shares
this expertise with clients in a uniquely collaborative and supportive
style.
