In this coaching group I am bringing in my expertise as an executive coach and organization consultant in assessment and change, visioning and strategy development, team development, and conflict resolution, and putting it all into a real-time coaching program that has been tailored to help you to optimize your leadership effectiveness and potential.

Emerging Leaders is designed for those of you who are new to the role of leading. How Does Emerging Leaders Work?

In Emerging Leaders meets twice a month for one hour via conference call in a small group setting with me as your coach. Emerging Leaders is not a training course; it’s a customized coaching program that is geared specifically to the goals of your group and the challenges and real life situations you bring to each call. Because this is a virtual group, there is no travel involved, so you can join the group from the privacy and comfort of your office.

In addition to leadership coaching, Emerging Leaders provides you with the opportunity to network with other leaders in the group for support, ideas, and inspiration. You will tap into the wisdom of your peers who are going through the same challenges as you, and profit from their input and perspective. And, as your coach, I bring to you my 20+ years of experience and success in coaching leaders and their teams to achieve excellence in their work and personal lives.
