In this coaching group I am bringing in my expertise as an executive coach and organization consultant in assessment and change, visioning and strategy development, team development, and conflict resolution, and putting it all into a real-time coaching program that has been tailored to help you to optimize your leadership effectiveness and potential.

Who Can Benefit From The "Emerging Leaders" Program?

Leaders who want to lead successfully and powerfully. You will be joining a virtual support network of six to eight leaders on the rise that meets twice a month for one hour via conference call with me as your coach. This is not a training course, but rather a customized coaching program that is geared specifically to the goals of your group. Because this is a virtual group, there is no travel involved, which means you can join the group from the privacy and comfort of your office.

You will network with other emerging leaders for support, ideas, and inspiration. You will tap into the wisdom of other participants who are going through the same challenges as you, while profiting from their input and perspective. Important Facts about the Emerging Leaders Program:
   
  • The program runs for 5 months with two 60-minute sessions each month.
  • Investment: $200/ person/ month
  • Group size is limited.
  • Laser coaching sessions (focused one-on-one 10 to 15 minute sessions) are available for each individual who wants to call in for a specific session. The designated laser coaching time and number will be shared on the first group call.
  • You will receive leadership resources, assessments, templates, worksheets and checklists to help you clarify your plans and actions.
  • Each week we will encourage each other, incorporate key topics, check in on actions taken, learn new proficiencies and coach around obstacles and opportunities.
